Lansing Photographers Hosting "Toys For Photos" Giveaway

Get a free photo on 12/17 from one of many photographers when you donate a new toy

LANSING - On Saturday, December 17th, nearly a dozen of the Capital City's most prominent and beloved photographers will partner with a local organization to put on "Toys For Photos". The effort is an attempt to raise toys for the area's youth and is in collaboration with 'Unwrapping Imperfections', a platform founded by Dr. Tammy Barnett, PhD., that focuses on the development and empowerment of women and others.

How It Works

If you would like to participate, here's the process:

1. Purchase a new toy

2. Visit paradisoproductions.net

3. On the home page, click the "schedule now" button to book your shoot

4. Choose the 17th on the calendar and select your preferred time slot

5. Click 'Next' and fill in all the required personal information and 'Book'!

It's that easy! The pictures and toy drive will take place at Tannenbaum Farms, a scenic tree farm less than 15 minutes away from Lansing in Mason, MI. All the toys will be given to Unwrapped Imperfections, the aforementioned partner organization of "Toys For Photos".

Who's Taking The Pictures?

Toys For Photos is the brainchild of Lansing-based photographer and videographer Blake Matthews, who owns Paradiso Productions and is known throughout 517 streets as a great lens. Joining him are a who's who of amazing photographers from the area:

So make sure to get a toy, and get a picture! Donating a toy qualifies you for a 15 minute photography session, and rules state you can only have one session. Tannenbaum Farms is located at 2515 Sandhill Rd, Mason, MI 48854, and the entire event runs from 11a.m. - 4p.m. on 12/17/2022.
